How much can I earn per referral?
20% of what the referred workspace pays in its first 12 months. That's up to $69.60 for a Team monthly customer, $58 for Team yearly, up to $189.60 for Business monthly, and $158 for Business yearly.
Why only 12 months, not lifetime?
Capping it keeps our costs predictable, which is what lets us keep the program running — and in the first year it pays the same as an uncapped program at the same rate.
How is a referral tracked?
When someone signs up through your link, your code is saved on their workspace and stays there; a later click on somebody else's link doesn't move it. qarunbook loads no tracking scripts and sets no tracking cookies. We count visits that arrive on your link, roughly and without knowing who, and we count signups exactly. They need to sign up in the visit your link brought them on: without cookies, your code is remembered only in the tab they arrived in. An account can't be credited after it already exists. You see how many signed up and what they paid, never who they are.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, on the 15th, by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal, in USD. Each commission is held for 30 days in case the customer asks for a refund. If you're owed less than $50, it rolls over to the next month. We'll need a tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) before the first payout.
What isn't allowed?
Referring yourself or your own company. Bidding on “qarunbook” or “QA Runbook” in search ads. Posting coupon codes we haven't given you. Spam. And describing the product as something it isn't: qarunbook doesn't run tests itself. People test, and AI agents connect over MCP to read and record results.
Do I have to disclose that I earn a commission?
Yes. Say it plainly near the link, and mark the link rel="sponsored". Follow your platform's paid-promotion rules as well, such as YouTube's paid-promotion setting.
Do you pay for sponsored articles?
Sometimes. It's a flat fee of $100–300 per article, only for sites that can show real traffic, and the piece must be labelled sponsored. The affiliate commission applies on top. We agree the fee in writing before you write, and you invoice us once it's published. Pick “Writer” on the form and mention it in your application.
I sell to larger companies. Is there something for Enterprise deals?
Yes. If you run an Enterprise sale through to signature, you earn 20% of first-year contract value, paid as the customer pays. Register a lead with us in writing and it's yours for 60 days. If you only make the introduction and we run the sale, it's 10%. Each deal is agreed in writing and paid by invoice, outside the dashboard. Pick “Enterprise sales / closer” on the form.
Can I stop, or can you stop the partnership?
Either side can end it with 30 days' notice by email. You keep earning on teams you referred before the end, for the rest of their 12 months. If the rules above are broken, we can end it immediately, and nothing more is earned from then.
Are you on a partner network like PartnerStack or Impact?
No. We run the program ourselves, so your commission isn't shared with a network.
